Return/Refund Policy

Original Work: Original works of art can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Please email info@jorgehqzart.com for assistance.

Prints: Prints in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Please email info@jorgehqzart.com or assistance.

Commissioned Pieces: All commissioned pieces are final sale and require a 50% nonrefundable deposit prior to the commencement of the project.

Damaged Items: For items that arrive damaged, please email info@jorgehqzart.com within 10 days of arrival and a replacement will be sent right away.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
